1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with Peptides USA ("we", "us", "our") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not submit an order. These terms form a binding contract between you and Peptides USA. We may revise these terms at any time; revisions take effect when published on this page.

2. Eligibility — US Buyers, 21+, Research Use Only

Our products are sold exclusively to buyers located in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one years of age. By placing an order you represent that (a) you are a bona fide researcher, laboratory operator, or qualified institution; (b) you will use the product solely for in-vitro and laboratory investigation; and (c) you will not consume, administer, or redistribute the product for human or veterinary use.

All products are research chemicals sold for in-vitro and laboratory use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements. They are not intended for diagnostic or veterinary purposes and are not for human consumption.

3. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Prices are listed in US Dollars and include applicable fees as disclosed at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and disclosed before order confirmation. We accept credit and debit cards, cryptocurrency, and such other payment methods as we may offer from time to time. Payment authorization does not guarantee order acceptance; we reserve the right to refuse any order for any lawful reason, including suspected misuse, failed compliance screening, or shipping address in a restricted jurisdiction.

Cryptocurrency and Zelle payments may qualify for a discount as disclosed at checkout. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the blockchain; Zelle payments are considered received when the transfer is confirmed by our bank.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Orders that have not yet shipped may be cancelled by contacting support within one business day of submission. Once shipped, orders may be returned only for defective or damaged product, documented within seven days of delivery. Refunds for verified defects are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of receipt of the returned product. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the same currency received, at the market rate at time of refund issuance; network fees are deducted.

Coupons and promotional discounts are single-use per order, non-transferable, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Promotional credits are non-refundable and expire per the coupon terms published at redemption.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We ship only within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We reserve the right to block shipments to any US state where local law, carrier policy, or our compliance review so requires. The current list of blocked states is maintained by our compliance operator and may change without notice. Orders to blocked addresses will be refunded in full.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including product copy, images, logos, and compilations — is owned by Peptides USA or its licensors and is protected by US copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct and Account Security

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide, for keeping your account credentials confidential, and for activity conducted through your account. Do not share your account, attempt to circumvent security controls, or submit false statements about eligibility, intended use, or shipping destination. Violations may result in order cancellation, account suspension, or legal action.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided on an "as is" basis for research purposes only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Certificates of Analysis (COA) are provided for batch purity verification; they are not a warranty of any specific research outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peptides USA's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. You assume all risk associated with research use of the product, including any downstream consequence of improper handling, storage, or redistribution.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Peptides USA, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — arising from your use of the product, your breach of these terms, or your violation of applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or a purchase will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms at any time. Revisions are effective when posted. Your continued use of the site after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be announced on this page at least seven days before taking effect.
