Every product listed or sold by Peptides USA is governed by the following four statements. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to each of them without reservation.

3. Not for diagnostic, therapeutic, or veterinary use.
4. Not a drug, food, or dietary supplement.

2. What "Research Use" Means

Research use in the context of this site means laboratory investigation, assay development, in-vitro experimentation, reference standardization, and comparable scientific activity conducted by qualified personnel in an appropriate facility. Research use does not include administration to humans or animals, redistribution for consumption, compounding for personal use, or inclusion in products marketed to end consumers.

3. Regulatory Status

Our products have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for any human or veterinary use. They are not approved as drugs. 5. Buyer Eligibility

Orders may only be placed by buyers located in the fifty United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one years of age and who represent that the product will be used solely for the research purposes described above. False statements of eligibility may constitute fraud under US federal and state law.

6. Handling, Storage, and Safety

Products are shipped lyophilized and should be stored and reconstituted under standard laboratory protocols. Users assume all risk associated with handling, storage, and reconstitution. Always work in an appropriate facility, use personal protective equipment, and follow institutional safety policies. Users are solely responsible for compliance with OSHA, EPA, and local laboratory safety requirements.

7. No Liability for Misuse

Responsibility for misuse rests solely with the individual or entity that deviates from the stated research-use scope.

8. Certificate of Analysis (COA)

Each batch ships with a Certificate of Analysis available through our COA Library. A COA documents batch purity and composition; it is not a certification of any research or human-use outcome.
