Shipping & Returns

1. Destinations

We ship only to addresses within the fifty United States and the District of Columbia. We do not ship internationally, to US territories, to APO/FPO military addresses, or to P.O. boxes in any state. Every order is screened against our compliance list before confirmation; orders to ineligible destinations are cancelled and refunded in full.

2. State Restrictions (BLOCKED_STATES)

Certain US states are subject to shipping restrictions based on local law, carrier policy, or ongoing compliance review. The current list of blocked states is maintained by our compliance operator in the admin BLOCKED_STATES setting and may change without notice. If your shipping address is in a blocked state at the time you check out, our system will notify you before payment is captured. If your state is added to the blocked list after a confirmed order but before the shipment ships, the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.

3. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern on a business day are typically processed the same business day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and US federal holidays, are processed the next business day. Cryptocurrency orders are released to processing only after the required number of blockchain confirmations. Zelle orders are released once the transfer is confirmed by our bank (typically within one business day).

4. Carriers and Transit Time

We currently ship via USPS Priority Mail, UPS Ground, and FedEx Ground. Transit time is typically two to five business days from shipment, depending on destination. A tracking number is emailed as soon as the shipping label is generated. Signature confirmation may be required for high-value orders at our discretion.

5. Shipping Rates

We charge a flat shipping rate that is disclosed at checkout before payment capture. Promotional free shipping, when available, is applied automatically and visible in the cart subtotal.

6. Delivery, Damage, and Lost Shipments

If a shipment arrives visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us within twenty-four hours of the carrier's delivery attempt. For shipments reported lost by the carrier tracking system, contact us and we will file a claim with the carrier; reshipment or refund follows claim resolution.

7. Returns

Returns are accepted only for verified defects (wrong product shipped, seal broken on arrival, or visible physical damage) and must be documented by photo within seven days of delivery. For non-defect concerns about product identity, a Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available for every batch via the COA Library. We do not accept returns based on a change of mind or research outcome.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds for defective product are issued to the original payment method within ten business days of receipt of the returned product. Cryptocurrency refunds are issued in the same currency received, at the market rate at time of refund issuance; network fees are deducted. Shipping charges are refundable only when the return is due to a defect on our side.

9. Research-Use Notice

All products are research chemicals for in-vitro and laboratory use only. They are not drugs, foods, or dietary supplements. They are not intended for diagnostic, veterinary, or human use. By accepting delivery you reaffirm the research-use representation made at checkout.
