CJC-1295 is a synthetic 29-amino-acid analogue of growth hormone-releasing hormone (GHRH) modified with drug affinity complex (DAC) technology to extend half-life via albumin binding ¹. Molecular formula: C₁₆₅H₂₆₉N₄₇O₄₆. Molecular weight: 3647.1 g/mol. Purity: >99% by HPLC.

Preclinical investigations in rodent models have examined CJC-1295's interaction with pituitary somatotroph cells and its downstream effects on insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) plasma levels ². In-vitro binding assays have characterized its GHRH receptor affinity relative to the native peptide sequence ³.
